I had a mix of experiences during my stay. On one hand, the guest service was outstanding thanks to a staff member named Maxim who helped make our sightseeing so easy. The hotel was situated in a quiet area with easy access to the metro and walking paths. However, my friends and I faced a significant issue when our booking was mishandled, leading to a frustrating start to our trip. It was disappointing that the front desk staff weren't helpful during that situation.
I recently stayed at this place for three nights with my family, and it was a pretty solid experience overall. The rooms were clean and modern, and we loved the comfortable beds. The breakfast was a good deal at about 8 euros, and having parking available for 15 euros a day was manageable for a capital city. However, I had a couple of minor complaints about the kitchen size being too small and the smoking crowd outside that sometimes made the entrance less inviting. Despite these, I would definitely stay here again as it offers great value and a nice bar.
